Every environment, just like every person is at least
slightly (and often) substantially different from most
others. For this reason, Montrose offers a wide variety of
support programs each of which may be further tailored to
ensure you receive the service you require whenever it is
needed. Our commitment to our customers is that we
will go the extra mile, every time.
Vision systems are complicated pieces of equipment that,
if expected to operate at optimum levels, require
specialized knowledge and constant monitoring. Often, small
adjustments and changes are all that is required to ensure
accuracy and trouble free operation on a daily basis. The
challenge most owners of this type of equipment face is that
their staff do not have the necessary skills to ensure
'trouble free operation' and rarely (if ever) have the
time to learn those skills as in all cases, they have other
equally important tasks that must be carried out every day.
Our inspection systems comprise state-of-the-art hardware and
ever evolving software. As with any technologically
advanced production equipment, constant care and monitoring
are required to ensure reliable operation.
Examples of available support options are:
Pay-as-you-go - Call in, explain the issue, we'll fix
it, then invoice for the time used
Pre-paid contract: - Available in 'blocks' of
time. Please contact us for more details.
Pre-paid corporate contract: Covers multiple
systems nationally or internationally
Managed Service: Provides complete assurance that
your system is running optimally. It removes the day to day
challenges of keeping everything up to date. We will
monitor your systems performance, make any changes or
adjustments as they are needed and perform onsite repairs as
they are required and if possible, before you even know that
anything was happening. Everything from the day to day
operation of the system to report analysis and
troubleshooting is covered to provide a seamless integration
of the vision system into your production environment.
Extended Warranty Contract: Takes the
cost risk of system or component failure away and is tied to
a Managed Service agreement. The Extended Warranty Contract
does carry some conditions and is available for systems that
are over 1 year old.
